Since joining Edmond Mobile Meals in 2013 as Assistant Director, Cristi has guided the organization through a decade of growth and innovation—becoming Executive Director in 2016 and CEO in 2024. Her leadership blends business acumen with a heart for service, ensuring that every decision strengthens both operational excellence and compassionate care.
Cristi holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma and an M.B.A. with High Honors and a specialization in Marketing from Oklahoma City University. Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, she worked for leading advertising agencies in Dallas and Kansas City and served as a Marketing Specialist for Metro Technology Centers in Oklahoma City. She now channels that expertise to elevate Edmond Mobile Meals through strategic partnerships, creative storytelling, and community engagement.
A respected voice in Oklahoma’s nonprofit community, Cristi is passionate about sharing knowledge to strengthen the sector. She enjoys guest lecturing for nonprofit undergraduate courses and frequently serves on nonprofit leadership panels. Nationally, she has shared her expertise in non-traditional fundraising by developing a three-part webinar series for the Administration for Community Living.
Cristi also collaborates actively with organizations tackling food insecurity and aging-related issues. She is a dedicated member of the Edmond Community Resources Coalition and the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma Senior Hunger Advisory Council.
Her commitment to service extends beyond her professional role. Cristi is an alumna of Leadership Edmond Class 32, holds a Nonprofit Management Certification from the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, and was honored as “Edmond Woman of the Year” by the Edmond Chamber of Commerce in 2022. She also serves on the Edmond Women’s Club Scholarships Committee.
Cristi Twenter is recognized as a thoughtful and mission-driven leader who leads with both vision and heart. Her expertise in relationship building, fundraising, marketing, volunteer engagement, and strategic planning has helped position Edmond Mobile Meals as a model of community connection and compassionate service—both locally and nationally.
After a lengthy career in pharmacy and pharmaceutical sales and management, Kim showcases a deep understanding of the market and a commitment to client satisfaction. Currently serving as client coordinator, she continues to leverage this extensive background to foster strong client relationships and enhance customer experience, such as adding information for Nutrition Month, Women’s and Men’s Health Month, and Healthy Aging Month. She is also very involved in continuing the work begun with our Friendly Visitor Program. Outside of work, Kim is an avid sports fan: cheering passionately for OU football and softball and the OKC Thunder basketball teams. She enjoys playing tennis in her free time.

Chef Matthew Rodriguez has a passion for creating savory and delicious meals that’ll have you coming back for seconds. With more than a decade of experience in the food industry; he has spent time managing local restaurants, butcher shops, and teaching as a culinary instructor. He attended Platt College where he honed his skills and cultivated his passion for cooking, earning an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. He has been one of the chefs at Edmond Mobile Meals since January 2024, serving one dish at a time.

Cati Stanila studied Russian at the University of Oklahoma, but a college job at a veterinary clinic led her to a career in animal welfare. After graduation in 2009, Cati began working at the Enid SPCA, where she helped to implement an affordable spay and neuter program for the community. Her work in animal welfare continued with the Oklahoma Humane Society in 2012, where she began first as the organization’s Community Cat coordinator, and then the manager of OK Humane’s high-volume spay and neuter clinic. In 2019, Cati became the Director of Statewide Initiatives, an innovative program partnering with local groups and agencies outside of the metro area to bring resources to pets and pet owners across the state. Cati traveled across Oklahoma, helping pets and people to be happy and healthy.

Toni Washington graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2007. During her tenure at the YWCA of Southern Oklahoma, which later became the Grace Center of Southern Oklahoma, she served as the Grace Resource Center director and helped develop and later direct the Grace Day Center, a center for the Ardmore area homeless during the day. Outside of work in Ardmore, she served as the youth director for Corinth Baptist Church, as secretary for the Homeless Alliance division of the Carter County Turning Point Coalition, and was a member of the 2009 class of Leadership Ardmore. She also developed a cooking class program for fifth-graders from Franklin Elementary School entitled Kids Can Cook.
Toni’s love of food preparation began at an early age and during her time in Ardmore; she was able to cater office parties, banquets, a wedding, and a few United Way events. She continues to learn and develop her craft as Director of Food Services and graduated from Platt College Culinary Arts program in March 2016.
Toni created the successful summer program, “Little Chefs Learn to Serve”, at Edmond Mobile Meals in 2015 to introduce children to cooking and service to their community.
