Edmond, Oklahoma — November 2023 — Edmond Mobile Meals has expanded its community meal service through a new partnership with the Edmond Senior Center.

Beginning in November 2023, Edmond Mobile Meals became the meal source for the Senior Center's daily Senior Congregate Lunch program. The partnership adds an average of 50 meals each weekday to the organization's existing meal service.

The expansion allows Edmond Mobile Meals to extend its mission beyond home-delivered meals while continuing to provide nutritious food and opportunities for connection among Edmond's senior population.

For more than four decades, Edmond Mobile Meals has relied on partnerships with churches, community organizations, volunteers and supporters to meet the changing needs of local residents.

The Senior Congregate Lunch program represents another opportunity for the organization to support healthy, active aging and strengthen connections within the Edmond community.

Edmond Mobile Meals looks forward to continuing its partnership with the Edmond Senior Center and finding new ways to serve seniors throughout the community.
